  • 🌼 • Children & Youth Ministries

    From infants to high schoolers, St. Peter’s nurtures young hearts in the way of love.

    Nursery (through age 4)
    Open 9:45 a.m. -12:15 p.m. in room 5.

    St. Peter's Kids (grades K-5 and 6-8)
    Meets at 9:45 a.m. in room 3. Lessons throughout June and July will focus on caring for God's creation.

    Children's Chapel
    Takes place during the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Following the children's sermon, the kids are led to Classroom 3 for music, storytelling, and prayers. They return to the sanctuary at The Peace.

  • 📚 • Parent Book Club

    This group of parents of younger children meets in the Library each week for fellowship and discussion.

    The book selection throughout June is Habits of the Household: Practicing the Story of God in Everyday Family Rhythms by Justin Whitmel Earley.

  • 💬 • Sunday Forum

    The Sunday Forum offers a thoughtful time of teaching and conversation that nurtures faith and curiosity.

    We spent May exploring St. Peter's founding stories. This June, following the lectionary readings, Sunday Forum goes back to the family that started it all. Abraham and Sarah, Hagar and Ishmael, and Isaac bound on the mountain. These are the ancestral stories of our faith. Four Sundays, four stories, one improbable family learning to trust in God.

    This group meets weekly in the Linda Brown Room for spiritual renewal through guided meditation, reflection, and prayer.

    Tuesdays at Noon
    This summer we will be using Jan Johnson's Meeting God in Scripture as our guide, we practice lectio divina — encountering Scripture not just as text to study, but as the living Word speaking to us today. Books provided.
